当火花产生时，本机装有的高敏度火花电子回路，能迅速切断高周波电源，极安全地保护模具和加工物料。

2. 安全装置

当电流超过限制值时，过负荷电流继电器自动保护振荡管和整流器，同时可以避免由不当操作所引起的频率飘移。

3. 机械结构特殊

该机型经过特殊的设计和装配，其强度足以应付任何情况，机座决不摇晃而且特殊部分使用起来十分轻便和精确。

4. 容易调整的同调器及特殊回路

高周功率输出特强，可籍调谐器依模具大小和物料厚薄调节，尤其特殊的高周回路，高稳定的出力，能大大降低不必要之熔接时间，提高产品质量及产量。
