当火花产生时，本机装有的高敏度火花电子回路，能迅速切断高周波电源，极安全地保护模具和加工物料。  

3. 容易调整的同调器及特殊回路

高周功率输出特强，可籍调谐器依模具大小和物料厚薄调节，尤其特殊的高周回路，高稳定的出力，能大大降低不必要之熔接时间，提高产品质量及产量。

4. 无高频辐射

本机有良好的屏蔽装置，各项参数经国家有关部门检验合格！

1. Positioning accuracy

The machine with high -precision positioning system,can easily fix precise  position, the processing quality greatly improved.  

2. Anti-spark machine:

When spark occur,the high sensitiveness spark protect electric system cuts high frequency power immediately to protect mould and material.     

3. Easy tuning and special protection circuit

The selectable output power ensured astable quality of the products for it could reduce the heating time when jointing is being carried out.

4. No high-frequency radiation

This machine has good shielding device, all the parameters pass inspection of  state departments.

适用范围 Application Range

适用于大面积的高周波熔接裁断，马桶坐垫成型，大型脚垫成型，APET,PETG,GAG等环保材料的高周波柔软线胶盒压线,也可用于EVA布类皮革、真皮、OPP、PU、表带、吊带、热水袋、保暖袋等需要熔接又要同步熔断的产品。

Suitable for large area high frequency weld finding, toilet seat cushion molding, large foot mat molding, APET,PETG,GAG and other environmental protection materials such as high frequency soft line plastic box creasing, can also be used for EVA cloth type leather, leather, OPP, PU, strap, suspenders, hot water bags, warm bags and so on need to be welding and cutting.
